The session began with an insightful introduction on the significance of Yoga Day, highlighting how this ancient practice nurtures physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Our enthusiastic students actively participated by performing various yoga asanas and Surya Namaskars, showcasing balance, flexibility, and discipline.
