World Environment Day Celebration at Zeal Education Society’s Silver Crest Junior College

“Nature is not a place to visit. It is our home.”

On the occasion of World Environment Day , the students of Silver Crest Junior College enthusiastically participated in a meaningful environmental awareness programme at Taljai Hills.

The day began with a tree plantation drive , where our junior college students joined hands to contribute towards a greener and healthier future. The students were sensitized to the Importance of environmental conservation

To reinforce their learning, an engaging Environment Day Quiz was conducted. Also students shared their experience about this day .

A special highlight of the event was an inspiring interaction with Miss Suvarna Bhade, a passionate athlete, who shared valuable insights on the importance of athletics, physical fitness, discipline, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Together, we planted more than trees—we planted awareness, responsibility, and hope for a better tomorrow.
