Students had incredible experience during the Industrial Visit organized by Zeal Education Society’s Silver Crest Junior College. On the 12th of July, 2023, the Commerce Department students embarked on a journey filled with enthusiasm and eagerness to explore the real working environment at Chitale Manufacturing Plant in Pune.

Our visit began with a warm welcome from the authorities at Chitale, who graciously guided us through their fascinating facility. We were fortunate to witness the production process of various milk products, gaining invaluable practical knowledge that complemented our classroom learning.

Under the expert guidance of Mr. Kiran Gujar madam and Akshay khatape sir, students were led to an audio-video room where we were captivated by an enlightening documentary showcasing the Bakarwadi making, Sweet making and other delicacies making process.

This industrial tour proved to be a fruitful endeavor, offering us the opportunity to interact with industry experts and experience real workstations and plants. The hands-on experience allowed us to grasp the intricacies of manufacturing while learning valuable management lessons.
